This time out we aim to have a look at all these vehicles and take a moment to briefly analyze where they are located, use and other such pieces of trivia. The only appearance of this Van in the game, it looks like it was just parked probably for setting up the cameras in the area.   Scene: Born Again Location: Outside the shopping mall. Owner: Carcer City Hospital. Condition: New Misc. Isn't any reason for this being here, It's purpose is unknown.Likely was taken over by some thugs once the ambulance arrived on the scene.   Scene: Born Again Location: Outside the shopping mall.
