Manhunt 1 is more brutal with its coldblood executions and gloomy atmosphere, while MH2 just proposes itself with sadistic executions and almost non-existant atmosphere, it's not that much brutal.

Anyone who has played the Russian Pc copy with red filter exempt would say otherwise.

You're incorrect.

The Russian copy doesn't have any exclusive features aside from the physical package it comes in. The PC version of MH2 in general is much cleaner and gruesome with or without the red filter, which can also be easily deactivated with the -stereoscopic launch command.

Exactly! The PC version in any form (Russian/D2D/torrents/etc.) As you said, have much cleaner gruesome kills, hence why I find it more brutal than the first. For me personally playing with no red filter (aka) -stereoscope, just makes it that much more clear on detail was all I was trying to say.
