I asked myself a question this morning while i was showering ''How long.. do i have?'' as i've been feeling like my health's been in its worst state yet. My physical health has been progressively getting worse day by day due to my metabolic disorder, and perhaps some other yet unknown disease i may have. This metabolic disorder in my case causes my body to burn food and basically anything i eat and drink way faster than a normal healthy person's system would, which in turn causes my body to stay sickly thin and unhealthy.

I don't smoke, i don't drink alcohol and i've never used drugs. None of this matters, i'm still in horrible shape and i wouldn't be surprised if i were to die during the next couple of years or even earlier, yet strangely enough this doesn't bother me nearly as much as it should, in fact, thinking about dying often releases dopamine hormones in me which are the ones responsible for making you feel good. Hahah, makes me smile right now 'cause me and winter-Jay are the complete opposites in this regard, he gets anxious over death, i get relieved.

In how good physical health would you estimate yourself to be in? This is the question of this topic.

Gooby we are similar in the no smoke, drink or drugs. Me personally im outta shape a bit too fat but no obese. Ive spent too many years since high school playing games and watching movies, eating junk food so ive put on more weight then i should have. I walk a lot but that dont help much. Last i weighed myself i was 230 something. If i don't change and get a bit more active ill probably die by 40 due to breathing problems.

Oh, i wish the best for you, man. You're my friend and all :|. You often mention about your voice problem, but that doesn't affect your health otherwise, right? Only makes it hard to speak properly, i suppose. We're both in bad shape then, only in the opposite sides of the spectrum y'know (too fat, too thin, you get what i mean) my diet is to blame too since i pretty much eat only fast-food like pizza, burgers and such, but my metabolic disorder stops me from gaining any weight and instead keeps me weak and skeletal.

Yeah my voice is just speaking problems only. Was walking outta gamestop last week and said "Excuse me" to a couple of older people so i could get through. I open the door and hear the woman whisper "that poor man i think he has stripped throat or bronchitis" i laughed in my head because i wasn't even sick.

Hehe, i can't help, but imagine you sounding like Rorschach or Adam Jensen everytime we talk about this. Use it to your advantage, raspy voices sound intimidating and manly.

Imagine that voice belonging to a guy who breathes heavily and hangs around alleys lol. Raspy voice, heavy breathing and a backalley at night imagine that lol. I always find it funny, months in a incubation chamber, thousands in hospital bills and what did the world get? A werido loner who hangs around in alleys and plays violent video games all the time. Totally fucking worth it world!

Back pain stemming from bad posture, need to get something for my computer chair.
Undiagnosed liver disorder. I am really hoping to get it sorted out this year so I can become an alcoholic haha jks....... maybe
Apart from that I guess i'm doing good. The liver disorder is a puzzle to the doctors, I have had 2 MRI scans,1 Ultrasound scan and countless blood tests. My liver is still functioning properly so its not viewed as an immediate concern. Oh and I almost forgot I have a bone cyst in my wrist which has cause me to break the same arm 6 times.

Overall my heath is probably more good than bad but certainly not perfect. According to tests I'm fine. According to my mind I'll be dead soon. Case in my point I feel lightheaded and faint at the moment. I also have a pain in my stomach. Probably just anxiety though as my brain seems to hate me.

As for my lifestyle choices. I smoke and drink alcohol on occasion but have been vaping more than smoking for the past several months. Of course being out of work doesn't help with my anxiety either. I'm single and friendless too. The single part kinda bothers me but I don't need a relationship in my life right now even if I had the opportunity for one. I need to fix my life the best I can before I invite others into it. I've always been a skinny, underweight guy too and that hasn't changed. I probably don't get as much exercise as I should too but when I do go out places I tend to walk more than anything. I find it relaxing.

Mostly okay health. I can feel something wrong in my back when I do certain work, but nothing clearly wrong. I probably still drink too much, but nothing I feel, physically, so it's all good.

Then, once again, we're in the same boat, mate! I'm single, friendless and underweight too. The last two don't bother me nearly as much as the first part does, but i simply don't have the looks nor the social skills to get a partner so i'll just have to accept it.

I did have couple of girlfriends some years back. The first one I dated "seriously" left, because apparently I couldn't give up on my habit of watching so much porn. I told her to fuck off fast because if you want to leave because i watch porn then you have the issue. Second one left because I just couldn't give a shit anymore so we were too emotionally detached. It's better for me to live my sexual life through whores, i'm simply too emotionally stunted to hold a long relationship. I'm also able to enjoy living by myself after spending so much time with women, no one whining around and trying to control me!
