I like ants for some reason, I like the idea of having 2 colonies and having them clash in a battle to the death. Also I would like to get an invasive species and release them into my local area to wipe out the native ants and cause chaos. I have a spare tank for a new pet its between a new scorpion, tarantula or ants(but they would need to be deadly, invasive, aggressive fucks)

Now, Jay i know you're a big misanthropic, or at least come off as such, but i wish you'd try to understand how terrifying irrational fears may be to those suffering from them.

I understand more than most about irrational fears because as you know I've a anxiety disorder. Still that has helped me become stronger in the sense that I'm attending a low level cognitive behavioural therapy course(probably will attend more intimidate ones) that teach a lot about irrational fears and how to cope with them. It's interesting stuff and I'm kinda enjoying exploring my own mind even deeper. Mindfulness is also something that works a little for me too. This is better than the medication I'm on but the idea is to eventually come off these meds(hopefully sooner rather than later) as they seem to be pointless where as CBT isn't. Still I digress. The "flight or fight" natural response that's built into all of us is a interesting beast but one that really is obsolete these days due to the fact we hardly ever are in direct danger so there is nothing to fight or run away from. I'm not saying I'm about to jump off incredibly high buildings in order to cure my "normal fear" of heights or go and visit a morgue to stop myself thinking I'm dying(both irrational fears) but there is some method in the madness that is exposure therapy if you want to escape those fears.
