Reviews are starting to hit the web for the forthcoming release of L.A. Noire.
Early signs point to Rockstar having yet another hit on their hands. UK newspaper
The Guardian has awarded the game a score of 5/5. Eurogamer
rate it a solid 8/10. Gamespot
score it at 9/10 and IGN
have just awarded the game a score of 8.5/10. Review embargos end today so there
will likely be a flood of reviews imminently.
Thus far there is evidence of three cases available through downloadable content
and a forth case, exclusive to the PlayStation 3 version of the game, additionally
there are two desks that Team Bondi never had time to include at all. On top
of all of that there are the DLC outfits and guns that were given out as pre-order
"bonuses".
L.A. Noire will be available in North America for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation
3 from Tuesday, May 17th 2011 with a European release to follow on Friday the
20th of May. Australian online retailers seem to be anticipating a Thursday
the 19th release for the title.
