GTA News | The Lost and Damned Reviews Online
In just a few short hours the Xbox Live exclusive Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned will finally be released and a number of overly positive reviews for the game have already been released. Check out the reviews for yourself for new screenshots and gameplay footage.

- IGN UK - 8.6/10
- Kikizo - 9/10
- Eurogamer - 8/10
- 1UP - B+
- CVG - 9/10
- Team Xbox - 9.7/10

1UP has even posted a cut-scene from the game which shows full frontal male nudity, right down to including a set of onions. It was inevitable really; the guys at Rockstar North have been building up to this for years.

Major Nelson’s latest podcast also features a 16 minute interview with Rockstar Games Vice President of Product Development Jeronimo Barrera.

Rockstar News | The Warriors Come Out to Play on XBLA
Game Trailers have posted video footage of an Xbox Live Arcade game based on The Warriors. Game Trailers list the game as being developed by Rockstar Toronto however as of writing this post there are no mention of it on Rockstar Games website or any press release from Take-Two, no other gaming site seems to mention it either.

So it is entirely possible that Rockstar aren’t involved in this title – however it does have a look reminiscent of the promotional artwork Rockstar released and used in the original game and there was an unlockable side scrolling beat ‘em up. I imagine we should find out soon enough if Rockstar are involved or not.

Brand new footage of Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned will be shown on GameTrailers TV tonight; perhaps more will be announced then. The show is broadcast on Spike TV at 10PM PST / 1 AM EST and will be available on GameTrailers.com shortly thereafter.

Rockstar News | Red Dead Redemption Announced
Rockstar have finally announced the follow up to Red Dead Revolver, titled Red Dead Redemption, the game is developed by series creator Rockstar San Diego and schedule for release on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in the fall of 2009. Curiously enough you no longer play as Red and the game now takes place in an open world.

"The team at San Diego have massively exceeded our expectations with the sheer depth of experiences in Red Dead Redemption," said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. "The seamless combination of breathtaking beauty and intense action, all woven together with strong plotlines in a massive vibrant, rural environment is mind-blowing. We think this game helps to push the limits of what an open-world gaming experience can be."

Utilizing Rockstar's proprietary Rockstar Advanced Game Engine (RAGE), Red Dead Redemption features an open-world environment for players to explore, including frontier towns, rolling prairies teeming with wildlife, and perilous mountain passes - each packed with an endless flow of varied distractions. Along the way, players will experience the heat of gunfights and battles, meet a host of unique characters, struggle against the harshness of one of the world's last remaining wildernesses, and ultimately pick their own precarious path through an epic story about the death of the Wild West and the gunslingers that inhabited it.

For more on the game check out the official Red Dead Redemption website and Press Release.
